This game sucks, seriously :: Free Realms

I looked at ffxi and I read that if your account goes inactive for more than 60 day's they delete it. No not just your characters your cd key as well . So you had to go out and re purchase the whole game. That and there are already uber players on there because ffxi has be live in japan for a long time. So I vote no on ffxi.

EQ is a awesome game it totally kicks ***...... Except for the issue with bugs. They are everywhere anymore and with each expansion they seem to get worse. That 1 thing ruined EQ for me.

Huh, I'm acutally a FFer looking for reasons to expand my palette to EQ, but I must say that that guy was a moron. Oh, and about the Japanese having such a huge headstart on us; they are very friendly players who do not PL, but do offer advice, heals, and raises openly. I'm glad we have high lvl Japanese players, personally.

Please elaborate on why FF11 is soo great. All I've ever read that has been written on FF11 is that it is immensely popular amongst Korean and Japanese school children.
Personally I always felt Final Fantasy was a great name for an Adult-Superstore along the Interstate, you know like the ones you see near Truckstops.

I played EQ. Then I played FFXI. Then I played EQ again.

I don't care what anyone else playes, but personal experience was enough to tell me that EQ > FFXI.

Really, FFXI is great for people who've not played MMORPGs before, I'd say. It's got all the leveling, grouping, classes, etc. of most MMORPGs, but has a distinct Final Fantasy feeling and story. The graphics whoop *** and world design is very pretty. I've never played any other MMORPGs, but I'm installing EQ tonight and am going to make the most out of my free 30-day trial.

When it comes down to it, different games are better for different reasons, and everyone has a different view of what makes a game good. I personally am madly in love with FFXI, but I'd never discount those who enjoy EQ more.

The visuals in EQ2, however, make every other game look like pong.
