Does a Lvl 30 CON-DARK-BLUE mob give more XP than a Lvl 35 CON-DARK-BLUE mob?

I've been wondering about this because I'm Lvl 43 now (YEY!) and I'm finding that mobs in OT are easier to kill than mobs in DL. They both CON-DARK-BLUE, but wanted to know if there are benefits for hunting the higher CON (the mobs in DL).

All DB mobs do not give the same XP. Also if there are zone modifiers it will change the XP. There is a list online that gives the XP percents but I can't remember the link to it. Maybe someone on the board may have it.
Discounting Zone EXP modifiers and such...
Generally, the higher the mob the more EXP. (Can get funky with high reds, but that's not the norm.)

All things being equal, a lvl 35 mob gives more xp than a lvl 34 mob and less than a lvl 36 mob regardless of how it cons.
