Item Colletor FailsFollow

Recently i downloaded the item collector thinking it would be kind of neat to export my items to the website. WRONG. I can't get the dang thing to work right. I followed all the instructions in the text file. I have read every forum that has help in it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I have tried to find an updated version at another website, but no luck. It will not put my characters in the profiles so that i can upload. It does gather my info during game play. Also, to save the file uder settings, what type of file exports when saved? Do i need to create a certain type of file or does it create the file itself. I even went and downloaded the most current Win-P Cap and still no luck. If there are any suggestions please let me know. FWI: Does it matter that i also run EQ PlayNice and EQ Windows during game play?
