I'm requesting information regarding Leadership Points since I've been unable to find any on the site itself. If I'm missing something or there is a site elsewhere, please provide link(s).
A group mate claimed turning Leadership Experience off would stop it from docking ~20% of my Experience gain.
Beyond that, does anyone know the numbers behind the benifits of Leadership Points? Or if there's any little detials behind them, such as EXP loss due to gaining Leadership skills? And..if you're soloing, do you gain the bonuses, or if you're not leader, or how large does the party have to be to gain leadership bonuses?
Lots of questions! If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

When you are the Leader of a group (either 3 or 4 or more people)and leadership XP is "on", then 20% of the XP you earn goes toward leadership points, the remaining 80% goes toward your level as normal. (I dont know how that works out when you have AA XP on...)
The usefullness of leadership skills are debaitable. They are only in effect when you are the leader of a group, and only members of the group that have the GoD expansion get their benafit.
I personally think the "passive" skill that increases health regeneration and attack are worth while, and, if you have a team that known to use them, the "deligate mark npc" can be handy when useing 2 people to pull. example: chanter pacifys 3 of 4 mobs then marks the mob to be pulled, puller pulls, no need for gsay. (a small convienance really)
