Is there any noobs in this game?

Id like to start, but im afraid that there will be 1 noob against 500000 experts.

theres still noobs about Zergz , particuarly if you go on the morden rasp server which is relativly young.

I've only been playing 2 months or so myself. I'm on the UK server Venril Sathir which seems to have a reasonable number of noobies as well.

Every game no matter how long its been out will have newbs, thats how the companies thrive. always a healthy influx of new players to people who leave the game. Never be worried if your going to be the only newb^^. Plus, you can always find the rare level 65 noOb who thinks he "roxors".

I'm a noob....but then again I also consider anyone who doesn't play rallos a noob to so what the hell do i know.

It just doesn't seem right if you have to ask someones permission to attack them.

Rather than looking at it as 500,000 experts against you... try and think of it as 500,000 experienced people who are with you and can help you along. It isn't you against the other players (except on a PvP server... OK, and maybe in Paludal!), it is you and everyone else against the machine!!!

Jump in, pal, we're on your side!!!

Absolutely agree with Oldblue. Pool your resources and learn from them And despite the levels players have, do not automatically think they have the knowledge or experience. I am floored sometimes by simple things that others do not know.

Don't be fooled by the big level numbers.

I've met plenty of level 65ers that are complete newbs, should delete their characters, and start over.

Yeah I still feel like a noob. I can't figure out why my mana bar won't go up on my warrior....

But if you ever slide over to Plane of Knowledge, theres alwasy a couple dozen people who help keep balance in the world. Either by answering questions or ripping apart beggars and jerks. It's a touchy system.

This is exactly how the game is. There are more nice people than bad people in the game who will take time out to help you out with whatever question you have. And there are still lots of n00bs in Everquest, I've grouped with them on my low level alts..how did I know they were n00bs? They didn't know how to use group chat and didn't know how to run. But anyway have fun with the game.

What about Stromm server, the so-called "newbie" server. Is that still it's designation? When I was there about a year ago it was clear there were lots of newbies from the questions I was asked. Clearly, you can't make a perpetual "newbie" server without offering (forcing? allowing?) people to transfer off to other servers.
