so im doin a quest and i made a shield. frostweaver's shield. 4 ac dex 1 no drop. i need to get another shield from shak dratha. do they drop the shield, or do i make the shield from something they drop?
That quest is currently unsolved and probably broken.
EQTraders has a post about some attempts to solve this quest but most have assumed it's broken and given up. link
