im sure there like a billion threads on this but i put in a few search terms and trawled through a few pages and didnt find what im looking for :S neway.. what is the best way to get cash? i relatively recently got a lvl 65 necro off a friend (w00t ^__^ :P) so that could help ^_-, but what is best way to make cash?

A good place for a person in your situation would be Hill giants in Rathe mnts. You should fit right in.

tradeskills.. obvious good idea *blush* letsee wat we got..
nuh.. no trades :S so these giants.. what good loot the do? *forgive me im a n00b who obviously hasnt spent enough time outa a few zones*

The giants are about level 30ish. I doubt they will even harm you pet. They can drop up to 35pp per kill.
You could solo the dragons in the Western Wastes (evil laugh).

Good luck finding some giants to kill, they are hard to find on my server anyway since higher level people are always killing them all. You can also try doing some LDoNs with your necro, there is always decent loot and plat there.
Veksar is a good loot place for a 65 necro. If you can break the spawn the soulscream belt is an easy camp and that belt is around 20-25k. There is a ring with spell haste 3 sell for around 10-15k. There is a hat with range 3 that sells for around the same. Most of the mobs drop around 10-20 plat per kill.
