I am having a problem with my primary weapon... although I own and always equip a flint hammer when I upload my profile with EQ item collector my primary weapon is empty.

You can manually edit your character's equipment at the "Your Characters" link to the left of the screen.
Yeah, this happens to me all the time too. Same problem, different items.
I hope Alla & company are working on this. Regardless, you can manually edit to fill in the holes.
