Well, just had my second exp with CS in many years and I have to admit when I filed the petition I was quaking in my boots. After reading all the horrid stories (well ok, did not see any stories but read lots of comments). I was sure it would be WEEKS before I was able to play my bard again.

You see, I have played her off and on for years (I like to play other games also) and I recently came back after buying a couple expansions. I was please to learn I had a free gift waiting (took me a couple weeks to notice, ok, so I am not the brightest bulb in the pack sometimes). It turned out to be a really cool satchel and I immediately put all my equipment in it.

A week or so later I noticed I had another unclaimed gift, which also stated to claim it with the character that would hold it. Since my little bard is my main, I tried to claim it.

"claim server is unable to process this request, please try again in a few minutes"

I tried for a few weeks, but always the same message....

Then, night before last the prize was claimed. It was a lore satchel, the same that I already carried.


"duplicate lore items not allowed, lore item deleted"

Of course, the one it deleted held ALL weapons and instruments, I am left standing in the rain in the Cauldron with a tambourine. An hour after the petition I logged my alt (little bitty 28 Sk). Played for a while, got sleepy and logged.

I logged in last night and found all my stuff back in my inventory with a note and an apology. I am left to wonder many things..........

i still hate tech support and the GMs at SoE.For you it was a well known bug (lucky ******* lol) so they helped you quick. I on the other hand always seem to get hit with bugs when they first happen so it takes them weeks to realize what happened to me so i dont get a response for a looooonnnnnngggggg time.And also if you got tech problems of course its your computer not their buggy as hell freaking software and crappy programming.
