Do you have an auto-forage macro? If you do, stop reading. If not, here is a guide that is useful:
1. Choose a hotkey to use. For purposes of the example, I will use HK 5.
2. Determine which ability number forage is for you. Do this by opening the actions box and clicking the second tab from the left - the one that looks like a gauntlet. The boxes are numbered as follows:
1 | 2
3 | 4
5 | 6
For purposes of this example, assume that forage is in the middle, right box, making it ability # 4.
3. Create a social named "Forage." Type the following on each of the lines:
/doability 4
/pause 5
/autoinventory
Place the social in hotkey 5.**
4. Open the options tab at the top of your screen (second button from the left - the one that looks like a nut) and click on the keyboard tab. Choose Macros from the dropdown menu (select category I think it is called). Click under "Alternate" for Hotkey 5 - it should say "press a key." Press your left arrow key.
Thats about it. This should max out your forage in no time, without even thinking about it. You will have food and water to spare and will forage many useful and sellable items. I foraged almost all of my Druid's epic forages just be being in the zone where they dropped.
I hope I got this right as I am doing it from memory. If I am wrong I will edit ASAP.
** IMPORTANT NOTE**
After doing this, all of your alts will perform their own ability 4 when they turn left. It is important to either remove their hotkey, or go back to options, keyboard, macros and turn it off when you log an alt. Do this by clicking in the same spot under alternate and then hitting the number of the hotkey, in this case, 5. I found this out when playing an alt. While turning in Orc Fangs in Qeynos, he turned left. Unfortunately, his #5 hotkey was KICK at the time. Captain Tillam was not amused and promptly killed the unsuspecting Barbarian.
