Lucy and Alla?Follow

I found something listed on Lucy that theres no listing on in Alla i never seen a all new items so not sure if it takes awhile for it to be posted well the item i'm talking about is Vial of Inky Ink Lucy says its Live and i would like to find out information on it like where it drops / is quested ECT..

The lucy database and the allakhazam database are at the moment two seperate databases, they link together, but there are items in lucy that are not in the allakhazam database, and there are a few items in allakhazam database that are not in lucy. the plan is eventually to merge the two completly.

The lucy info mostly comes from the everquest item collector.
