Connection ErrorFollow

I just went LD, and i went out of EQ, then a couple minutes later i opened it up again, but when i try to run it,(the shortcut on my desktop), it tells me there is a connection failure, i am connected to the internet, and i restarted my comp, but still doesn't work.
Help?
