He is definetely in the starting line-up. Secondly, I'd be highly surprised if Wesley Sneijder didn't make it, as well. He is playing really good, both for Ajax and Holland, and is the creative heart of our squad at the moment.
Van der Vaart just got back from injury and has a little while to go until we see him in his best form. He has had a less brilliant season than in the 2002-2003 domestic campaign (in which he was worldclass), but seems to be maturing. Both him and Sneijder will go very very far, no doubt about that.
Personally, I **** on their club, but (combined with Chelsea's Arjen Robben who is also frightingly good) they are Holland's future. I enjoy watching them play.
I'm also looking out for the two starting strikers. We have a few decent forwards, but the duo Kluivert-Van Nistelrooij just won't work for some reason. My money is on Roy Makaay.
