comp problemsFollow

i am having a problem logging on to the EQ server and would be greatful for any help. when i go to log in it does it file checks and that completes ok, then when i click start i get the error msg "unable to start applacation file d3d9.dll was not found" i have tried reinstalling EQ and i get the same msg. thanks for any help:)
