I am really new and started a female human Paladin on Povar Server.
I would like to start another character - I feel that gameplay can be enhanced by trying different aspects of race/profession and learning how they work. I would like a combo that offers Solo options as I don't always have time to team.
Getting others to offer their experiances with their characters - what works and what does Not - is helpful for anyone new to a game.
Thanks for any and all tips/hints that would help me decide!

Necro would be a good choice to see the "other side". You are going from a defensive based melee to an offensive based caster with a pet.

Iksars people choose as necro because of the added natural regen. Nice, but not for me hehe. Personally I am a Dark Elf. I also know many gnome necros as well.
