NPC you hail in North Ro camp to get points on stone, told me to hail him.

However to answer that question, which I've done before, I'd have to do what the OP should have done.

You know the old thing about "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day etc.."
If the OP goes to the Bestiary and locates the NPC then he is freed from having to ask such questions again. It is a wonderful and very powerful tool.
Otherwise it will be another thread to ask where the guy in Dagnars is and another for the woman near the West Freeport book.

Thank you all. Yes, Cobra, sorry, I should have looked him up. Though I haven't looked at Beastiary enough to realize there was a search by name. Thought you had to know zone. So I learned two things.
