What would be a Good H2H wep for by BST and good armor?
Budget?
Level?
At low level it's hard to come up with a better suggestion than the Polished Steel Ulak which sells for 25-50pp on MR.
If price and level are no object get a Waning Light Katar or Golden Wraps of the Compact
Seriously though there is a big gulf beyond the PSU where many things nicer (Sheetmetal Ulak etc) have level limits
Bear Fanged Glove is a decent fast primary somewhere in that gap. Prices were high on MR last I looked though.
If you can afford it Gold Inlaid Ulak doesn't appear to have level limits although the proc is level 45.

I used the Polished Steel Ulak on my monk until he was in his high 20s. They SHOULD be cheap but MR economy seems to be out of whack with what I see on the 2 other servers I have visited.
On 7th Hammer you'd have trouble selling a PSU for 10pp.
Wu's armor is not bad for your pre-20 toon, but again on MR, unless you farm the stuff and make it yourself, it could get expensive. Trivial for the gloves is 88, the other slots much higher 130s-150s so even that could be problematic.

I am Lev 11 with very little pp. I just bought a lock jaw vest last night.
I use a patch work jetsam right now.

Lockjaw Vest is fine. I'm still wearing one. The Ghulam or Hunters armoour quests will get you some decent starting gear too for nothing.
PSU seems like your best bet for that level and budget. Watch the bazaar, they do get cheaper sometimes although 25pp is the lowest I've seen. You should be able to make that much from Shadeling Silk and Hides easily. HQ Rockhopper sells for 20pp last I looked.
