Is there a coin reduction bag that is 100%? if so name them

I believe it is call a "bank" it is free and has a 100% reduction on coin weight. that is the only one availabul for coin weight relief or if you doing like that i have deep pockets and would take the weight of the coins for you, there is lots of room in them as they are constantly being emptied.
I am petty sure there is no 100% reduction coin purse. There is a bag in game, at least used to be, that had some reduction of coin weight but really wasn't worth it since it was only 4 slot bag, I believe. You had to give up a slot to reduce coin weight.

Gem Pouch and yes you do have to give up a slot to use it .. but not sure of the weight reduction on it. Guess I should have looked it up first :/
