I know necros get the skill research and that it somehow helps get spells but this all i know.
What i want to know is how do i use research and what items does it work with.
Anything u can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tarv this is very helpfull but can you tell me what i combine the ingriedients in. Because i have never seen anything that looks like it is able to combine spells.

Here's a tip for necros who don't already know it. I stumbled across it by chance.
Starting at level 16, you have to research pet spells. You can dodge this bullet by purchasing your pet spells from Shadowknight spell vendors. This won't get you all of the pets, but it does save the trouble for several of them.
