Greetings Eq,

Afew ppl have told me about a possible quest that can be done which the end result is a horse of some description. Does anyone know if this is fact of fiction? If possible could you provide me with a link or somesort or let me know where to find it?

Kind regards, and safe travels

Yes, it is true and it is easy.

There is a horse bridle that you can get that has one charge of summon horse. In the very, very, very fist room in befalled ( you get there from the West Commonlands) there are 4 'skeleton excevators' that you should kill. After you kill one there is a 1 out of 60 chance that a 'Skeleton Foreman' will spawn right in the same room. You will get a shout message from him telling you that he spawned "Get working... somthing somthing somthing". Kill him and a sword and shield will spawn floating (100% chance of spawn). Say "I will take it to the knights of truth" and you will get a No Rent, No Drop, Single Charge horse bridle with a white horse. If you give the bridle to a guy in Freeport, you will get one that is still Single Charge, but is't No Rent.

I have done this quest nemerous times, and I usually have to kill about 5-30 skeletons to get the Foreman to Spawn.

Ok, what was that? Man...

Well, I did this horse quest once for the fun of it and I can honestly say "I don't like horses in Everquest" there like bumpy boats. But if your are a caster and you plan to play all day go for it. Get it early and use it all day. I think everyone willing to blow 10k for a horse should do this quest first.
