I am a lvl 42 Rng are there any good quests I can do before epic quests?????

You can start on the Coldain Rings. Look in Quests by Zone: Eastern Wastes.
If you wanted to commit to endless goblin slaughter you could start working faction for the Di'Zok rings. Look in Quests by Zone:Chardok.
You would be well advised to get keyed for Sebilis. Look under Quests by Zone:Trakanon's Teeth.
