Flowing black silk sash would be a good thing to look into, or in a few more levels you might be able to complete the quest in stonebrunt

You MIGHT be able to find Silver Chitin Hand Wraps in the bazaar for under 3.5k...or the stonebrunt item (I believe it's called Swift Claw Sash).
Other than that, if you have LDoN, there are haste augmentations that can help too.
And remember, you only need 1 haste item... the haste effects on different items will not stack with each other. (Though they will stack with spell/song haste)

I found the Silver Chitin Hand Wraps on my server for 2.9k, I was patient about it though...
I have a flowing black sash now, how much haste does the hand wraps have?
haste items do not stack
SCHW (Silver Chitin Hand Wraps) are 22% haste with a few minor stats.
FBSS is what I use, you should be able to find one for about 3.5k.

You can find an FBSS for a lot less than that, even on dear inflated Inny. Since it has no stats it sells pretty cheap.

Rangers get 2HS right? Look for A Mithril Two-Handed Sword. They usually cost around 400-600pp and have 31% haste. Granted you only get the haste when you have it equipped, but my SK loves it.

You're right, the more I think about it I think it runs around 2k on Quellious.
