Killing stuff helps but if you want to make reall Pp you need to play Bazaar and play it well.

Buy low, sell high.

Cheap tradeskill items like:-halas 10lb meat pies.

we make about 5-10k per week in bazaar, but we know what we are doing.

I started a level 1 shaman last week (on a new server) and I have 12k in the bank already.

You are not going to make money killing mobs and selling cloth armor that drops. If you want money, you must sell items that people need for tradeskills. Sell silks, sell bone chips, sell iron oxide that spawns on the ground. Even if you buy bone chips from merchants for 1sp, they are still going to sell for 5gp - 1p each in the bazaar.

You can become a supplier for things like heady kiola, celestial essence, divine crystalline glaze, etc etc. These are all simple combines that resell at large profits.

If you want to make a killing, you have to devote time to studying the market on your server and knowing what items sell for. There are many many vendor purchasable items that resell for 10-1000X markups. The overriding principle to keep in mind is not selling gear you loot, but selling tradeskill intermediaries to people with more money than time.

I sell Halas Meat Pies on Saryrn for 4 pp. One attempt makes 6 pies if it is sucessful, and costs me about 4 pp. The cost will vary depending on how much of the components you farm and how much you buy.
