Been away from EQ for a while and would like to play again.
The game loads fine, checks for updated files. Then when I press 'play' an error message pops up:
Eqgames has caused an error in <unknown>.
Is this something I have to uninstall and reinstall for?
I'm running WinME with plenty of HD space.

update all your drivers and dx9b

vid card
sound card
BIOS
MB drivers (motherboard)
directX
and next time try posting your system specs from dxdiag.txt before asking for detailed help.

yup this happened to me untill i updated my graphics drivers, damn you DX9!!!
