Quest ProblemsFollow

Here's the thing, I'd like to do more quests, I know I could talk to random NPCs and could end up finding plenty of quests, but I'd rather not invest the time into a quest if I'm only going to get an earring that gives me +2 int...

I guess though I could come to allah and check the quest log via the NPC before I start it, but that brings me to the point of my post...

As a premium member one of the things that I'm entiltled to is the quest list, but I have to say, the quest information seems to be lacking to me, it doesn't seem to be very up to date, and unless you know specifically already what you're looking for it doesn't give you a very good means of weighing one quest verse another...

For instance, I'd seen people link the J-boots before, I didn't know they were a quest item...I just found that out reading the thread about SoW, so I go to search for them on allah's quest page to get some info about the quest, but it's not listed, maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know...

Is there a better source for quest information on the web? I signed up as a premium member for allah, because I felt obligated due to the insane detailing of all class spells and the bestiary, that in istself is worth the membership fee, but those aren't premium features, and since I can't get IE to work on my EQ PC, I haven't been able to use the Auto Profile feature or the equipment feature, and like I said IMO the quest information isn't really useful at all (at least for lower lvl quests, I'm only lvl39)...Now that I think about it, I'm sure someone will tell me that there's alot of good information there for upper lvl quests...fair enough...

So, what are some good quests to check out in the lower lvls of the game, and where do I go to initiate the J-boot quest?

If you go to "Item Look Up" and type in boots then scroll alphebetically you will find "Journey Boots" click on that and follow the links to the quest details. Allakhazam is lacking in search capabilities but most items will eventually come up in "Item Look Up" just takes time to figure out how to play with it.
