While I appreciate good punctuation as much as the next person, at the end of a web address is not the best place to put a period. Just a thought...
May I make a suggestion (since you're probably going to get flamed all to heck by others anyway). If you don't even have the resources to run a proper web site, and from the sound of it, you have absolutely no experience with running a guild in EQ, might it be a bit better to just start with one guild on one server? There's no such thing as a "cross server guild". It's not that you can't do something like that. There's just no point to it. You are basically running multiple guilds on different servers simultaneously, that just happen to have the same name.
Pick a server. Preferably one you actually have some characters on of a decent level. Get some friends together. Then start a guild. No one is going to join a guild that has no members, no server, no plan, no clue, and no real leadership. It's hard enough to manage a single guild on a single server. Heck. It's the hardest thing to do well in the game. It really sounds like you are a relatively new player who knows nothing of the game, and who would do better to join someone else's guild and learn how things are done first. But if you really think you can manage leading a guild, at least pick one server to start on.
