Tallon ZekFollow

What is going on

I have never started a guild but it seems like there are sixty guild on tallon zek and only one good one knight of the white rose in which u have to really kiss up too to belong. They have been there forever and always advancing it players and raiding all the time. Other guild just can't compare to what they do. i would love to start a 55+ guild but do not know how to do it.

Second i have notice that there are hardly anybody on anymore what going on have poeple just quit playing or is there something going on that i do not know about.
