Eye-less in NorrathFollow

I got a weird one...and it is still affecting me...

Here is what I did:
I had a 'normal' face until about lvl 40. I was bored one day while camping the Alchemist in the Gorge, so I changed my face to the eyepatch skin. I kinda forgot about it, until someone made a pirate comment, as I was approaching lvl 50. I switched back to my old regular face, but now my right eye is gone!
What the heck??

I was thinking of starting a guild, where the initiation is to gouge out your right eye as a sick display of allegiance...not sure if it can be done on purpose, though...
