Morning Everyone,

Just making copies @ work and had a thought. Given that LDON adventures sometimes take a few minutes/hours/weeks, etc... to form a group. Then you need to worry about the experience of your fellow group members, having them going LD at inopportune moments, Main Looter experiencing comunication problems, and on and on.

What about a personal LDON generated around your character. In other words developing a instanced dungeon that would allow only 1 character. Obviously great time and effort would be needed to design a dungeon around a character strengths and weaknesses. Lack of healing, stunning, rooting, nukes, etc.. would be taken into effect.

Is this even possible? I have a 34 chanter that tries to solo and can do so for the most part. However other classes may not be able to solo so well or maybe even better.

What is everyones thoughts?

Well, they did lower the min group number a ways back, but I don't see them going to the point of single LDONs. I remember early on when you sometimes couldnt get into the LDONS after getting an adventure because they were too crowded - you got a message that it was unsafe at the moment when you tried to zone in.

2 of my LDONs losses were the same night (1 BB and 1 EF) where we couldnt get in before the 30 minute timer ran out.

I am glad to see that we are starting to get more LDON choices (has anyone tried the new pyramid one for Takish?).

You could if you could find two other people to start one with you and then they leave. If you leave an adventure (From the Alt+V screen) before anyone enters the dungeon it doesn't count as a loss.

I think it would be cool if they had single person LDONs for about 1/6 of the points. My 65 necro has an easy time getting groups in places where there are undead, but there is something called the diamond prism of companionship that focuses your pet in North Ro. There are no undead there so it's tuff to get a group there for me. The prism is very important since it makes the pet a good amount more powerful.
