On Leiany:

There are a lot of characters on this board - Leiany is certainly one of them. Its funny you mention her silence because I was also wondering about it. I will throw my vote in as well - come back!

On Morden Rasp:

I have a great bunch of friends, a great guild, and characters I love playing on Fennin Ro. Overall, I think its a great server. But I have been as guilty as the next guy of twinking my lower level characters with money from my main and from my money-making Druid. Nevertheless, I rolled a character on MR last week to see what it was like: a Wood Elf Ranger. I have to say, I love it. Most of the players on the server are non-twinks, either because they are new to the game, are new to the server, and/or have not succumbed to the purchase of plat. I completed my noob armor and sword quest (something I have not done since my first character) and am working on fletching so I can do the Trueshot Longbow quest, keep myself in arrows, and sell bows to make money.

I am level 10, never have more than more than 20 plat in the bank, need a full group to kill legionaires in Crushbone and I freaking LOVE it. Don't get me wrong, I will be on the main raiding The Hole for a guildy's epic tonight, but if you want a break from the level 50+ game, go to MR for a bit. Sure, there are some twinks, but the fact that they are almost universally despised and loudly criticised is pretty funny too. There are also a lot of noobs, and I do spend some time answering questions like "what is OOM," but a lot of the people on my friends list are just like me: refugees from high level servers that want to simplify their EQ game every once in a while. I also kind of enjoy taking the time to explain to someone how to make a social, how to /assist, etc.

I tell you this because, when Leiany first discovered MR and was constantly bubbling about it like a wild-eyed Branch Davidian, I kept thinking "yeah yeah yeah...the noob armor quests are great when you are a new player, but come on - I'd rather spend my time raiding the planes. When is she gonna shut up about Mprden Rasp?" After playing a little on MR, I have to admit she had a point. So check it out if you want a little break, but I warn you: transfer your level 65 twink or a mule with 100k plat on him and you may be very lonely.
