PC Savy Folks Please HelpFollow

I posted the below text in an earlier thread and got no response, I'd really like to be able to upload my characters automatically onto allah, so if you can help, I'd really appreciate it...

I open the auto profile update software, log onto eq, my information appears under the profile tab, and I click on upload, but....


I come to point where I'm ready to upload my information to allah, I get a box that says "You've chosen to upload a profile, but a session cookie for allakhazam.com was not found. Do you want to log in now?"...

I click yes, but that just tries to open Internet Explorer, which doesn't work on my computer, I am logged in and currently on my profile at Allah, but via Netscape...I'm guessing the "cookie" that it needs is set up to be retrieved from IExplorer, but like I say IE, doesn't work on my pc (Long story, I've spent many hours on the phone trying to fix it, mostly talking to people in India and such, come to the conclusion that I'd have to rewrite my drive to get it to work, not gonna do that, and besides everthing else works fine, just IE)...

So, is there a way to get around this and upload my characters?
