Well, I have decided finally to start working on the Coldain Prayer shawl, need a FT item and trying to buy any in the bazaar just costs outrageous sums of money... and as I can pretty much do the majority of this quest without any need for grouping and guild assistance, figured I would start working on it now, finally having reached level 65, so the desire to level level level is moving into the desire to just get AA's, but to also be more effective as a cleric I need some FT items..
Anyway, I have spent the past two nights slaying Frost Giants, one after the other, near the zone to EW in the Great Divide. I have camped the Giant Fort there, killing all but the named, as from what I understand they don't drop the toes...
No luck on toes. I have the 10 heads for the 2nd portion of the quest, and then some, but not a single Toe has dropped yet.
Has anyone looted ANY toes recently? and if so, where did you find them?

yes, they still drop the toes. Farm em sometimes to get some of my lower alts coldain faction. Just go wipe out the giant fort in GD a few times.
Well in a sudden infatuation with Thurgadin I decided to try and improve my Coldain faction by starting this quest as well. I went to the bazaar and saw the toes for 1pp a piece and shamefully bought them. I haven't checked again for them so maybe I just got lucky.
Hehe, I too checked the bazaar.... after getting the 10 heads to drop, and there were no toes for sale on Morell-Thule.
I will just continue wiping out that fort for now then..

Delzore/Breun My tradermule Jpmorgan will have frost giant toes for you to buy. Just let me know how many you need. I dont normally list them, but will be going to hunt in gd soon so I will sell what I have in stock. post as to your normal playing time. Jp is usually up 11PM to 730- 9 AM edt.

All my toes dropped near the Pok book.. just across and down in the valley.
I personally am having a love-hate relationship with shardwurms and their lack of glowing bile... have one so far but am keeping after it. Lol

Well somebody bought the three I had for sale. Hope it was you.
When I got in game at 7:30 est or so two folks had them for sale at 10p. When I set up Jp in trader I was the only one selling them. This morning two more folks were selling them at 40p and 100p. Think they read the board here?

I was able to get on a bit earlier than when you went into Trader mode. Someone was selling them for 5pp. Had 7 of them. I picked up the 4 I needed from him.
Then I spent the rest of the night getting my baking up to 191 and pottery up to 122 -- Love the new UI and Abysmal Sea zone. :)
