I can think of when I might shell out 200pp to get a corpse, but I'd be doing so by asking in PoK/T or else sending tells to necros in "hang out" zones. I wouldn't be doing so by remembering some nitwit who posted on Alla's without even giving a server or what level he is.

And since when can you not get a corpse because it's in water?

I hate to put a damper on the mirth of this thread but if Saya is talking about summoning corpses and not just finding and dragging, then 200p isn't an excessive amount to pay in certain cases:

Summon corpse spells use components based on the spell cast. The first spell @ level 12 uses a black ceremonial coffin which is really cheap. That spell works up to level 35 player corpses. The next spell is at level 39, drops from the Ishva Mal in Paw and uses a Jade inlaid coffin (cost 146pp). The last summon corpse upgrade spell is level 57 and uses a 68pp stackable Tiny Jade Inlaid Coffin.

So, if we give the Saya the benefit of the doubt, they are a level 39-56 necro who is offering to come to the zone of your choice, use a 146pp component and summon your corpse to the zone line. Tell me that's what you meant, Saya...
