Thats an easy one. create a toon and zone into the Bazaar. Read all of the inane drivel for 5 minutes. Try to even participate in an OOC argument about whos more UbERER than who, or why America sucks today, or how so and sos casino is a rippoff. Then make a quick run over to Paludal to catch a train or two while listening to who stole whos camp/xp/loot for a few minutes.
This usually takes care of my cravings for a good week or so :)

Want to be instantly turned off of EQ?
Zone into PoK with all your video options turned on to normal levels. LOCKED UP.

the only thing wrong with EQ is the companies view on CSR and TSR.
other then that EQ is a fun game. if you are one of the lucky ones who does not have to deal with rebuilding thier system every other patch or so.
or god forbid you ever have to call SoE for tech/CS support.
play it if you are happy with it, then play, of not take your money someplace else and be happy there.
