Question about Character infoFollow

I have recently bought a new computer and have noticed that none of my character data is available on Allak. My journals are still here, and I'm still listed as a premium member.

I'm assumign I'm missing a cookie or an ini file of some sort. Anyone know what they might be? THen I can copy them over and restore my characeter information.
