Is the Shell Inlaid Collar Nerfed?Follow

Yes I recently got a Shell Inlaid Collar and it says it has the Aura of Courage, but when looking at my character's profile the effect doesn't show up.

The effect for the item is:
Additional Modifiers:
Attack: +10
Regeneration: +1

Did SOE nerf this paticualr item?

I am a level 50 Ranger.

To clarify a bit more.

All items that had Flowing Thought, Vengence, Regeneration, or a combination of these (such as Aura of Courage) had their effect names changed.

FT went to simply "Mana Regeneration", Vengence went to "Attack", and the old Regeneration I type items changed to simply "Regeneration + 1" (or + whatever the #hps/tick it was). The actual effect you get from the items has not changed, only what they call it. (ie. Aura of Courage was 1hp/tick and 10 atk, they just split it out).

All the old stacking stayed the same as well. Not sure what brought the change on, but it's a heck of a lot easer to search for these items in the bazaar now :) (Haste, Regeneration, etc has been added to the Search by Stat selection).
