Hi Everyone

I am new to Allahkazam and joined the Premium service at a Friends recommendation. They had told me that once I logged onto EQ that my profile and equipment would automattically update for me to see anytime without having to log onto EQ and go to my character.
I have setup everything I can find and listed what server I am on and what expansions I have enabled and still after going to EQ logging my character for a minute then leaving and signing back onto Allahkazam and looking at the character I had signed on with I see nothing I hope all the fields are not user updated this is not what I was told and if it is then what is the Auto Profile Updater for? I installed this on my system as well and if it is not to Automatically Update my charaters profile then I need to know how to remove it from my system.
Please Advise me on these matters. Thank You.

Assuming you are logged into your premium allakhazam account on the computer you are attempting to use the profiler on, your items should automatically update to your profile when you zone in everquest. you need to have the auto updater program running before you get into everquest, then log into everquest, zone, and if you have it set up right it will update. make sure your firewalls and stuff are down if it is giving you troubles. If it still has issues, go to the forum system and feedback forum and look at the troubleshooting thread.
