Remember way back when, when the patcher wasn't working, and people couldn't get on? Remember when I said it must have been because I stayed home from work? Remember?

This has happened twice now. I stay home from work, and the EQ servers dont work.

WELL GUESS WHAT.

I stayed home today, and WHAM, they aren't working!

I'm not very smart on this issue, but what time should they be up? They went down at 4, and it's supposed to only be three hours. I don't quite know the conversions.

You're not the only one...

I am not able to play very often. Last time I had some spare time, the only server that was down was Innoruuk. Now guess which server I use... (But maybe they took it down because the orcs at CB were swimming through the air?) ;)

Heh, seems everytime I turn around, I see a PC or a pet finishing a Melee "swing". It's wierd.... And a lot of swimming mobs, that too.

EDIT: Seems the servers just got some updates. Check your patcher.... Boat Gnomes...?

Also, on the main page of Allakhazam, at the top left, it says "April 14 Path Notes" =P

I see pets and PCs do that too, in fact any entity in the game does that. It's almost like they were making fun of you behind your back by pretending to kill you and you happened to turn around and catch 'em. And what's worse, the fire pet looks just dopey enough to make you think it's trying to play dumb!

Fire pet: "Gee boss uhh, I dunnowww, sure wasn't doin' nothin' back here but followin' you, doncha know."

And I used to think that it was me that caused the servers to be down because I skipped out of work or school and had a free day to devote to it, and then they brought it down a few times while I wasn't available to play. And after reading this post, I now realize... that on those days, it must have been YOUR FAULT!! Lol

Heh, I thought it was just me seeing those swinging PC's and pets...

Does anyone happen to know what "4/21/2004 4:00 AM PDT (-7 UTC)" would be current time? What time is three hours after this?

I'm not sure what your current time is but.

4PDT-5MDT-6CDT-7EDT

So add 3 to whatever time zone you're in.

I'll be the first to say it!

My character screen is loading now! Servers up!

EDIT: I was the 7th person to get into my server =)

Solution seems obvious to me. We have already spoken with your boss and he will work you 24/7 from now on.
