My 2cp on cleric quests...
Felwithe Sylvan Initiate Armor.
The set is very good for new characters. I still used one of the bracers even after level 20 until I got an Imbued Koada.
Trouble with this set is that some of the drops are (or were since I have not done them in 7 months) ungodly rare. If you have a ranger friend of the same level, they will be a big help tracking down arborians and giant SYLVAN bats and the like. Maybe it is designed that way to get you to develop group skills.
Hunting for drops took me to level 10 quickly.
I was only just able to find the second Arborian Sprout Twig needed to complete the last piece. For several months if I ever saw a sprout I would whack it, just to see if it dropped. Finally did. Now I can (at level 35!) say I have completed my newbie armor!
The other rare drop is for the newbie cleric weapon: Arborean Amber. Drops of Mature Arboreans and maybe Saplings too. (Newbie weapon is lame. Maybe they are trying to discourage your melee from the start?)

If you check out the
Solusek Ro cleric armor quests (20s to mid-30s), they are not bad except you have to BUY bars of platinum. These tend to be regarded as poor old-world quests. Armor rewards are sub-standard by today's measure. Do the quests for fun, sans bars. Save your money and buy LDoN player-crafted gear at this level.

Only other advise is to do some of the faction quests available.

Here is one my mid 20s cleric did a few times, was a long camp but reward is kind of neat:
