Whenever something like this happens, try:
  • Start the EQ Patcher
  • Click on 'Advanced'

  • Click on 'Complete File Check' and make sure 'Autodownload' is checked

  • If that fails, get back to us, or post in the Tech Support Forum

    Good Luck

Sometimes, having a levitate effect on when trying to enter a LDON dungeon will cause the problem you described. It happened to me, and as soon as I clicked levitation off, I was able to enter the dungeon without any further trouble.

This does not always happen. I've managed to enter LDON many times with levitate on, but sometimes it's buggy.

It's normally OK but sometimes misses the odd file. My son pulled his hair out trying to zone into Gunthak when he'd downloaded Ykesha and the Complete File Check did the trick.

Yup. It's pretty common, especially if you didn't purchase the product when it was first released. Sometimes, some bits of a new expansion will install as part of the special patch that goes along with the expansion, and they'll miss a file or three in the autodownload bits that run if someone buys that expansion at a later date.

If you happen to have one of the expansions unticked in the complete file check screen, the autodownloader will skip them as well. (A lot of people got caught with Jagged Pines in this way).

It pays to go in manually and do a complete file check every few weeks or so and make sure all the boxes are ticked, as I have seen these boxes mysteriously untick themselves on occasion.
