Boats in Fironne via are buggedFollow

Curious if anyone else is experiencing the same problem since the patch.
Yesterday guildie of mine says he is being dragged by the boat in Fironne via and he can not cast move or get out even /q out of game and coming back in doesn’t fix it just warps him to the same spot under the boat no matter what zone the boats in.

I attempt to help him in his predicament with my druid and warrior try to evacate him first if not kill him so i am waiting on the dock for boat to return to see what i can do. boat arrives push’s me off the docks and i am suspended over the water 50 ft or so away from the boat and cant move duck or cast keep getting the to distracted to cast message so now i have my friend and two of my characters in the same situation. i have not tried to call of hero out yet but i would have to get another person stuck in group with 55+ mag to get us out then (considering) i have also petition for gm but no so luck as of yet. Things i have tried it appears if the boat is already at the dock in Fironne via nobody can get with in hundred yards are so of the actual boat and us there fore we can /target each other or /assist. I’m not really willing to risk sacrificing myself to see if we can summon corpse.

Mostly this information is a caution any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Email customer service with your post above, and make sure each of the stuck characters petitions. You will have to hang around untill you get to the top of the GM's queue unfortunately.

But a GM is the only person who can help you I fear.
