just bought a ornate mold and went to bor for the mystical furnace and emblem. cant see the little guy anywhere. has he moved or is this a bug?

This happened to me tonight too. When I got a GM to come and make him pop, he wouldn't take my 500pp. Weird!

I noticed quite a few NPCs in Tranquility were 'misbehaving'. Expect a patch for the patch.
