I played eq a while back so i dont think i should go to the newcomer server, but which is a server with a lot of people (not too overcrowded) that has many people that are helpful and kool to hang with.
P.S. if anyone is in a kool server and would like to help me get reaquainted with the game that would be great.

Fironia Vie is probably the friendliest server, but it's a roleplay preferred server so if you aren't up for that then I wouldn't go there. The PvP servers are probably the roughest so avoid those. After that one really isn't much better than another. I'd sooner recommend you join a server that you have a friend on. Over-crowding, especially at the lower levels really isn't much of a problem because of all the zones, not like the old days. The few places it is a problem is all the higher 60+ zones.

well from all my experience the friendliest server from the 11 i have tried by far is venril sathir, but that is the english server, so if youre not english i dont think you can access it Smiley: frown
but other than that Tarrew Marr (my main server) is great

Tunare. I joined and chose it as one lower on the list based on population, easier access, and have found it great. Lower pop means lower camp situations and more phat lewt.

also found some great people, joined a guild mainly on the strength of what three different members had done for me while I was coming up - buffs, a small item gift, rescue in time of trouble. They just happened by and did these things to help a newbie, two of them ended up walking me through some stuff and taking a lot of time to help me get experience the real way, by doing, as they stayed nearby giving suggestions and advice and the occasion hand when things got grim.

Anyway, guild is "Eternal Virtue", formerly Norath's Knights of Virtue, and is worth checking out if you do try that server. Has nice mix of groups that are hard core raid monsters and ones like our that do well, have skills, and have fun

Anyone can join this server. It's just based in uk and euro peeps have to pay extra tax. But main server login obviously is based on GMT/ BST times not est /pst.

If you end up on Queliious you can look me up and I'll be glad to help you out when I can.

edit- let me also add that quellious (from the stories I hear about other servers) is a very friendly server... I've only had problems with a very small number of people there.
