I wish to start my cleric epic but cant seem to find the information i need... can you help?

Is this the quest that is first given where I am suppose to find the items and put them in this bag that was given to me? Something about 8 items I need, I am sorry I am not more of a help with this. I have only been playing the game since this past sunday. Also, What lv should I start trying to find these items at?
I think I found one item, it is a sword that was at the bottom of a lake inside the mines in the Dwarven town where I started.
Also, doing these quests, is that how I get adventure points to spend on the 29th lv cleric spells?
I am currently lv 14 but I should be lv 15 tonight when I get home from work.

I am not sure which quest you are talking about there but it certainly does not sound like the Cleric Epic. The Cleric Epic used to be the ultimate item for Clerics. Most would not even start with the quest until they hit level 52 or so. Some have done it early and some doesn't even start until 60. Several of these encounters, including Ixi, Prince and the dragon require at least small raid force of high level to fight and win. While some can be solo'ed by high level Clerics, many requires a decent group to finish up as well. I hope this answers your question.

This sounds like the Anniversary Collection Quest. nothing at all to do with the Cleric Epic.
Did you get a tell from an NPC and go and hail them to get a "Collector's Bag" and a "Cheat List"?
The items will not be doable without help until you are in your 30's at least. All the items are called "A Collector's XXX" eg "A Collector's Lightstone". If the sword you found is like that then it may be on the list. Somehow I doubt it as I thought the items were all drops not groundspawn.
The quest has nothing whatsoever to do with your level 29 spells. Most of these can be bought from normal spell merchants. Some - which you may not need - are bought using Adventure Points from LDoN adventures. This is only playable if you have that expansion. You will take many, many adventures to earn enough points to get those spells and they mostly relate to opening chests in adventures which is seldom worth the cost at low level.

That doesn't sound like the cleric epic.. nothing from Kaladim is in it. I printed out a very good checklist (with great hints) from castersrealm.com. Go to the cleric section and click on epic. Print it out and u are ready to go. But at your level, the only thing u might have a chance of getting is Grim's signet ring in SolA. He is level 20 somthing. But u will need a full group of peeps your level to get it. My cleric is 63 and Im still not done it. (SLACKER) hehe

8 items no but you do need to collect 4 items Pearlescent fragments from Skyfire. (grumble) pain int he bum.. the 8 items does sound like the quest for the firework staff.
