Shadowrest and No-Rent items questionFollow

Does anyone know if this zone can be used to preserve no-rent items longer than a week?

I have a Wood Friend Bauble that has unlimited charges of Illusion:Fier'Dal, excellent for a DE. VERY easy quest. But it's no-rent. Although, if you leave a corpse before you log, such as in a duel, the item can stay on your corpse until you log on again and since your body never logs off, the item never disappears.

So basically I'm asking, if a body gets sent to this zone, will the no-rent items be preserved until you get your body? Reason I'm asking is because by the looks of the pictures having corpse callers in it, apparently you have to interact with one of these NPCs to get your body to show up in the building there (we all know that there's plenty of immature ppl out there who immediately left a lot of bodies laying around in an attempt to overload this zone for ppl with weaker vid cards, had to deal with them somehow), and so it's technically not 'online'... just in a preserved state sort of.

Has anybody tested this?

Hrrm. I think that you could have just left it at "I can't give you a definite answer." That seems to be just about the only thing you wrote pertaining to what I asked. And a GM hinted towards using that trick, so I'm doubting very much that it bothers them too highly that people do things like that... I was informed that it could be a "viable work-around" to my inability to complete some of the mid-range necro quests when my connection was too unstable to stay online long enough to finish the quests which involve no-rent items.

Believe me, they already know about it. I hardly think this fish is big enough to fry though, all DX9 bugs and other problems considered.
