Hi, new here. Is there any place besides the bazaar, and POK where lots of people come to?
In Butcherblock, Everfrost, North Ro, South Ro ,East commonlands and Nedaria's landing there are wayfarer's camps. A lot of people are usually hanging around there waiting for an adventure.
*I may have not mentioned a camp if I forgot it, but that should be all of them*

Almost everyone passes through the Nexus. Even if they are not using the spires or porting, it is directly between the PoK and The Bazaar, Shadowhaven, and Netherbian Lair. These are or lead to other popular Luclin destinations that do not have PoK books or druid circles.
