Our 37 Warrior borrowed Wavecrasher from a friend the other night, but we didn't see it proc. Any idea what level you need to be to see this fine weapon process?

You might not know, but did he see "Your will is not sufficent..." messages? Just not noticing it proc might be due to his filters, text windows or whatever. If he is too low in level though, he should get the give-away proc/error message.
