My home city is Queynos (Human - Necromancer) and within the past month I have become KOS. I am KOS any place there are guards which includes the hills and all of Karana. I have never killed a Queynos Guard so I'm not sure how this has happen except possibly when I was in a group during the skelleton brigade where a Guard attacked a member and was killed. However I did not kill him and it was only one. Maybe one is enough, guilty by associating with an Iskar!!!! LOL

That being said any ideas? What is the fastest way to raise my faction back up? I know I really don't need to be in Queynos for any reason but porting down from the Nexus nearly got me killed had I not had SOW. I think I can go in through the aquaducts to my guild and be ok anyone know that for sure? That to is really not an issue with POK available but it is just more a curiousity issue than a true problem.

Soemthing I kind of unclear on is if you can get factions increases by killing green cons. Let's say that does work however, blackburrow gnolls give you positive faction with the guards. Baby Joseph Sayer that drops off of Lord whatshisname in blackburrow, you turn into one of the merchants and get a plus faction as well.

Blackburrow - kill gnolls.

There are also items from gnoll corpses (gnoll fangs, etc.) that you give to specific people in Qeynos which will raise faction...but you have to get in there first. :)

And, yes, you can access the sewers directly from outside the city walls (a secret passage in the wall leads to an aquaduct opening) or off the docks (under water, under the docks).

Unlike attempting to reach the Freeport evil guilds from outside Freeport, the Qeynos ones are pretty safe and easy to get to.

Embrace your evilness and use this chance to lay slaughter to the good people of Qeynos! Hey.. they started it.

Faction changes will happen regardless of the con. greens are fine.

The problem when KoS is getting to the hand-in for many of those quests.

If the group you were in killed a guard you should not have taken a faction hit unless you contributed to the killing, either by offensive spells on the mob or by beneficial spells on group members during the fight.

There are two different factions of guards in Qeynos. The normal ones and the Corrupt guards. The corrupt are at least partially in league with the Bloodsabres and ought to be less easy to lose faction with than the normal ones for a human necro.

The normal guards would presumably have been not very fond of necros to start with and possibly one death would tip the balance. Here is a link to ways of regaining that faction.
