You can actually do it in game. When you click on the LFG button in your Group window, there is an option you can tool around with to look for specific guilds, or exclude them. It will list all of the guilds on your server.

However, if you are looking for info on guilds on your server, go to the Guild Links near the bottom of the left-hand tool bar here at alla. It will take you to a link for guilds of different servers. You click your server, then it will bring up a page of guilds with websites.

Well, that is a new server. Don't even know if anyone has started a guild. Only way to find that out would probably be to use the Guild function in your LFG options.
