Windows SizeFollow

Once in windowed mode is there anyway to change the actual size of the window?

And with the new patch, it is a mess!!!! My toolbar keeps appearing, the window is not lined up correctly, some of it is off screen. Stupid SOE, if you tell it you want 800 x 600 resolution, you reduce the window size slightly, or let you move the window, one of the two. I have tried my monitor adjustments (they move it, but then all the rest of my stuff, like the desktop is a mess).
